Fineline’s quality system was audited and certified by Smithers Quality Assessments Inc. (SQA), a leading independent accredited registrar.

ISO 9001:2000, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), mandates strict requirements for the organization and documentation of a company’s quality management procedures and operations. The standard requires that a business continually meets or exceeds customer expectations and maintains steady dedication to customer satisfaction. In achieving this certification, Fineline has further demonstrated its commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
