M SPACE Constructs Classrooms to Support Growth in Williston

Park City, UT, July 18, 2013 --(PR.com)-- M SPACE, a nationwide modular general contractor, recently broke ground on a four classroom modular building for the Community Development Institute (CDI) Head Start program in Williston, ND. The modular building will serve early childhood education throughout Williams County.

Previously operating out of McVay Elementary, the Head Start program was forced to relocate after McVay Elementary reopened as an elementary school last fall due to increased population. To support the community and Head Start program, M SPACE is providing 5,586 square feet of permanent modular classroom space. The building includes three classrooms, one classroom/multi-purpose room, six children’s restrooms, one adult restroom and kitchen space.

“Modular construction is the quickest solution to the clients space needs,” said Bill Nash, M SPACE Director of Sales. “We’re excited to be able to help such an important program in the community and ensure it has adequate space to continue.”

The groundbreaking ceremony held on July 9, 2013 welcomed participating children, parents, administrators and the mayor of Williston, Ward Koeser. The modular classroom buildings will be completed in just three months.

Since 2000, the Community Development Institute Head Start has provided interim services to over 151 programs with the philosophy that all people want to do good work.
