Sage Jewels to Participate in Shefinds Ovarian Cancer Research Fundraiser

Atlanta, GA, August 31, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Sage Jewels will participate during the month of September 2007 in the Shefinds Ovarian Cancer Research Fundraiser.

Ovarian Cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer death among women in the United States and the scary part is, it often goes undiagnosed until it's too late. The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) is working to improve early diagnostic treatment programs and compile research toward the conquest of ovarian cancer.

During that time Shefinds will feature pieces of jewelry and handbags from independent designers who have created an original piece of jewelry or a handbag that incorporates either the letter "O" and/or the color teal into the design. Sage Jewels has pledged to donate 25% of the proceeds from the sale of each piece to the OCRF.
