Defense Strategies Institute to Hold Big Data Symposium in Support of the Intelligence Community

Defense Strategies Institute will host a symposium focused on creating actionable intelligence from large unstructured data sets in support of the Intelligence Community. The Symposium will take place October 16-17, 2013 in Alexandria, VA.

Alexandria, VA, August 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Defense Strategies Institute is proud to announce it will be holding a symposium on Big Data for the Intelligence Community. The Symposium will focus on supporting the IC with solutions to help exploit information from large, unstructured data sets. Members of the IC, DoD, DHS, and the supporting industry community will have the opportunity to hear from leadership on the direction Big Data is going within the IC and the requirements and support necessary to achieve the needs of the IC.

The symposium will feature leaders from military and civilian organizations who will help provide a roadmap for future programs as well as critical information on current promising projects and programs.

The symposium will discuss the latest requirements and needs from IC leadership, cutting edge research and development in Big Data and a forum for colleagues to discuss the next steps forward to support the Big Data Effort for the IC.
