Weathervane Hosts Savor the South Dinner Aug. 13

Southern Season’s Award-Winning Restaurant Celebrates the South’s Best Cuisine with Gourmet Meal

- Chicken liver pâté with pork cracklins and house bread and butter pickles

Second Course
- Homegrown tomatoes with watermelon and smoked farmer’s cheese

Third Course
- Wild striped bass with Johnston County country ham and butter beans

Fourth Course
- 36-hour short ribs with pea shoot butter and corn pudding

Fifth Course
- Buttermilk bundt cake with lemon curd and blackberries
