Broomfield, CO, August 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Visitors to the 2013 Denver Parade of Homes (running through Sept. 2) will have the chance to tour Toll Brothers’ spectacular model home in The Preserve at McKay Shores. In addition, Anthem Colorado is a Spotlight Community for this year’s free Parade of Homes, allowing visitors to preview Anthem Ranch by Toll Brothers, a 55+ Active-Adult community that is now open for sales.

The fully-furnished Valmont model home in The Preserve at McKay Shores includes 4,317 square feet of luxurious living space plus an additional 1,996 square feet of space in the unfinished basement. The home features a dramatic three-turn stairway and private first-floor study with elegant built-in shelves. A sunny gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area opens to a soaring two-story family room with a second staircase leading to the second floor. A formal dining room and living room, mudroom and powder room complete the first floor, with elegant hardwood flooring throughout the first level.

The Valmont’s second story features the spacious master bedroom suite with separate sitting area, huge walk-in closet, fireplace and master bath. The model home’s second story also has three additional bedrooms with walk-in closets, two additional bathrooms and tech loft.

“The real estate market is going strong right now and the Parade of Homes offers potential home buyers a great opportunity to visit a wide variety of homes from different builders,” says Charlie Bowie, Colorado Division President for Toll Brothers. “We’re honored to be participating in the event again this year.”
