The courses will showcase beautifully paired wines to complement the restaurant’s most delectable seafood entrees.
Castello Banfi is a family-owned vineyard and winery in the Brunello region of Tuscany, an area known for producing some of the world’s most critically acclaimed wines. Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar has carefully selected Banfi wines to highlight the delicate and complex flavors of its dishes, including the San Angelo Pinot Grigio paired with a cucumber shrimp salad canapé, and the Chardonnay accompanied by Tuna Tartare Demitasse with banana and shallot.
