Ridgefield, CT, August 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Robert Reiss, founder and host of The CEO Show, interviewed Brad Stewart, CEO of XOJET on August 4, 2013 as the 300th CEO interview featured on The CEO Show. Early in the interview, Stewart shared insights on creating opportunity including a unique story of how he and his wife actually have the same name, only one letter off – Brad Stewart and Brady Stewart. "We were consulting for McKinsey & Company. She was working in the LA office and I was in the Minneapolis office, both working on the social committees for our respective offices….for some reason the database switched our names … For two or three months we had to forward each other’s emails …We started having a real dialogue. When I was next in LA, her base office, I asked her if she wanted to grab lunch, and from then on we were a couple." They married four years later.

Stewart continued, talking about the private jet industry and why it needs to advance to a new level of transparency. He then talked through the importance and the steps to deliver extraordinary service to clientele, many of whom are top CEOs … and that service starts with a completely engaged team. Stewart explains, “Peoples’ greatness does not come out unless they believe in a vision.”
