Sunnyvale, CA, August 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Steve DeWees recently joined Level 10 Construction as their new Project Executive. Steve is currently heading up the 181 Fremont project, a 54-story mixed used tower in downtown San Francisco. The project is immediately adjacent to the new Transbay Transit Center and offers 404,000 SF of Class A office space on 33 floors and 74 exclusive condominium residences on the top 15 floors. 181 Fremont will add a dramatic focal point to the San Francisco skyline.

Steve is a seasoned professional with over 40 years in the construction industry. “Steve is a top notch high-rise, mixed use professional and we are excited to have his expertise here at Level 10 Construction,” says Dennis Giles, president. Some of Steve’s most notable domestic and international experience includes the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino, a 6.5 million square foot, two 50-story hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Grand, Ritz Carlton and the new $4 billion dollar development Baha Mar in the Bahamas. Steve was also involved with the building of the Monterey Bay Aquarium back in 1984.
