Intelligence Community Leaders Convene at DSI's Big Data Symposium

Leaders from the DIA, NGA, NRO, as well as DoD and Civilian IC organizations will convene October 16-17, 2013 in Alexandria, VA to discuss the next steps forward to create actionable intelligence from big data.

Alexandria, VA, August 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Leaders within the Intelligence Community will gather at DSI's Big Data Symposium on October 16-17, 2013 in Alexandria, VA. Their goal is to meet with the Community in order to discuss current initiatives, needs, and requirements in an effort to achieve greater benefits from Big Data.

Large unstructured data sets accumulated from human, imagery, signals, and geospatial intelligence sources must be rapidly and effectively analyzed and mined to create actionable intelligence. The symposium will provide a forum for the discussion of new programs and requirements from industry as well as solutions from leading organizations and laboratories.
