Digital Voice Launches Emergency Voice for SME’s

Digital Voice IP Limited announced today the launch of its new DR Telecommunications service called Emergency Voice.

London, United Kingdom, September 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Digital Voice IP Limited announced today the launch of its new DR Telecommunications service. Called Emergency Voice, the new service offers disaster recovery telecommunications and temporary phone systems to companies who experience severe disruption to business operations and communications due to natural disasters and loss of access to their office premises.

Based on their successful Digital Voice VoIP Business platform, Emergency Voice represents the latest innovation in VoIP Technology and offers their customers a level of efficiency, support and reliability in deploying a function rich business phone system not seen in traditional DR telecoms solutions.

James Goodman, CEO of Digital Voice commented “With Emergency Voice we are expanding our already successful suite of Business VoIP products and in light of disruptions caused by the recent flooding in North East England the timing for this service could not be more relevant”

James went on to say “Big business has the budget for expensive and elaborate disaster recovery sites but smaller businesses who rely on uninterrupted communications with their customers and suppliers find it more difficult to justify the high costs of disaster recovery and many choose not to invest in these systems at their on peril. What we offer is a cost effective, temporary means to get them talking to their customers again.”

The Emergency Voice system covers two disaster recovery scenarios, immediate transfer to a business answering service for receptionist, sales and status information followed by the deployment of a fully integrated Hosted Business VoIP system with unlimited external numbers, 0845 and 0870 numbers, transfer and teleconferencing and remote Teleworking functionality.

The unique characteristic of their service is the fact that Emergency Voice is a fully Hosted VoIP platform giving companies an entire office phone system that does not have to be centrally located in order for staff to keep lines open. The system works independently of PC’s and laptops as it includes its own stand alone function rich IP handsets. James commented on Emergency Voice “Your staff can come to the phones or stay at home and the phones can go to them.

For new or rapidly expanding businesses anxious to reduce costs and improve business processes VoIP is a serious contender and Digital Voice offers packages that include free local and national calls, low cost international and mobile calls, free line rental and a 50% saving on broadband – some packages offer free broadband.
