At the National STAR Conference, the topics included “Lending Business Protocol with Hispanic Clients”, “Generational Marketing Differences”, and “It’s Not About the Language”. At the NAHREP Conference, the keynote topic was “Marketing YOU! There’s No Off-peak in the Hispanic Market”; and at the Realtors® Conference, Brenda will expand on “Building Bridges to a Culturally Diverse Market”.
Ms. Santelises is also a published author, a community volunteer, and a Junior Achievement of Central Florida “Economics” facilitator.
