New marketing campaign developed to reach more of the Richmond, VA market. Current client experience is streamlined and improved.

Their team is comprised of two veteran agents and company owners, JoanElaine Justice and Erin Barton. During 2013, they have grown to include a Buyers Specialist, Kristen Bellamy and most recently, a new Business Manager. Mary-Catherine Berry has joined the JBRG as their newest team member. She has transitioned into a position which encompasses business management and driving their marketing campaign. Berry comes from a professional background of creativity and customer service, where she served as an independent Event Planner for six years. Prior to her work in the wedding industry profession, she served as marketing manager for a property management company in Richmond, VA. These credentials proved to be the winning combination for Justice and Barton when recruiting for this Business Management position.
