Doolin’s Irish Pub Welcomes Chef Doug Freeman Reinforces Commitment to Quality, Adding Items to a Locally-Sourced Menu

Durham, NC, September 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Doolin’s Irish Pub welcomes Doug Freeman to the kitchen as Head Chef. Freeman is a veteran of the Durham restaurant scene, with a combined five years of experience in well-known local establishments including Vin Rouge, Avilia’s and Guglhupf.
