Medics on the Ball Vying for a Super Bowl Commercial

Medics on the Ball makes it to Round 2 of Small Business Contest.

Los Angeles, CA, September 29, 2013 --(PR.com)-- As part of a contest put on nationwide by Intuit, makers of Quickbooks and Quicken Finanacial Software, Medics on the Ball has made it past round 1, beating out tens of thousands of entries. An excerpt from the original, heartfelt entry that propelled the company to round two reads as follows:

"My dad was a medic in the US Army. All I ever wanted to be was a medic. Then, when I was 16 my brother was killed. It's not important how. All that matters is that the paramedics that came to the scene were awe inspiring. They cared. They were affected by what they saw. It served to reinforce my desire to be a medic. I became an EMT right out of high school. I worked hard. Fast forward many, many years. I decided to open my company. It started as a way to provide medical support to kids. Soccer, Football, etc. It has become something bigger and more amazing that I could have imagined."

Now Medics on the Ball is looking to get itself in the top 20 finalists and then into the winners circle. You can help by going to https://www.smallbusinessbiggame.com/CA/Medics-on-the-Ball-Inc/384543 and voting for them.
