Hope International University Opens New Anaheim Campus

After five years of housing their online and graduate studies programs in Orange, HIU has moved the programs into a new state of the art facility in Anaheim.

Fullerton, CA, October 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hope International University has moved its online and graduate programs into a new facility in Anaheim. The new 24,000 square foot facility, overlooking Angel Stadium, represents a major investment by HIU in the University’s graduate and online programs.

The new facility includes offices for faculty and staff from the Colleges of Education, Psychology and Counseling, Ministry and Biblical Studies, and Business and Management, as well as academic coaches, recruitment staff, and the HIU Counseling Center, which serves the community by offering counseling services on a sliding fee scale.

The site is expected to serve up to 700 graduate and online students. New classrooms are state of the art and will be used for graduate classes and some hybrid courses that combine both online and on-site components.

“HIU is pleased to have a presence in the City of Anaheim and we look forward to serving the surrounding community from the Stadium Towers location,” said President John Derry. “This is an excellent facility where we can offer academic programs on site, and it will also serve as the base of operation for our extensive online course offerings. Students who complete their undergraduate and graduate degrees here will have a local and a global impact.”

An Open House will be held at Stadium Towers (2400 E. Katella, Anaheim, CA) on Tuesday, October 14, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please contact Sharon Carter, Executive Assistant to the President (slcarter@hiu.edu) regarding the Open House or Teresa Smith, Vice President of Enrollment Management (tlsmith@hiu.edu) for information regarding academic programs.
