The Penguin Announces Playlist for Second Half of October 2013

ThePenguinRocks.com continues its quest to find the best indie artists around the world with its new playlist.

Belmar, NJ, October 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Over sixty artists are making their debut this month on ThePenguinRocks.com. Broadcasting from Belmar, NJ, the online radio station features rock and roll and Americana from indie and national artists across the globe. The new music playlist for the second half of October was recently released.

"The Penguin is basically a new music station," explains Gary Wien, Program Director for The Penguin. "And when we say new music, we mean it. Half of the songs we play were released within the past year and nearly 80% within the last two years. If you listen for ten minutes, you'll likely hear a great artist you've never heard of before. We're constantly searching the Internet for new acts to introduce to our audience."

Artists are encouraged to submit their songs to the station for airplay consideration to info@thepenguinrocks.com.
