Stan Bradshaw Joins Crescent State Bank’s Moore County Advisory Board

Local businessman named to bank’s advisory board.

Raleigh, NC, January 06, 2006 --(PR.com)-- James F. Byrd, Senior Vice President of Crescent State Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crescent Financial Corporation, (Nasdaq National Market: CRFN), has announced that Stan Bradshaw, the principle at Bradshaw Capital Management LLC, has joined the bank’s Moore County Advisory Board. The Advisory Board acts as a liaison between the bank and the community and advises the organization on how to better serve the community. At Bradshaw Capital Management, Bradshaw provides asset management and advisory service to private institutions and banks. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Square 1 Bank, a nationwide bank specializing in serving emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences fields, and as Chairman of the Board of The Roosevelt Group, LLC.
