)-- The global provider of the Mikogo cloud-based online meeting solution, BeamYourScreen, has once again been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Certification for its quality management processes. The certification recognizes Mikogo for determining customer requirements, making informed decisions, and consistently providing its products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. This is the third time the company has received the highly-regarded certification and has not experienced a performance drop since 2010.
Published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 9001:2008 is a family of internationally-recognized standards for a company’s quality management system. To be awarded the certification, a company must undergo a strict auditing process where they demonstrate that they provide a product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the company must demonstrate how they enhance customer satisfaction via effective application of the system, continual improvement to the system, and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
BeamYourScreen underwent an extensive audit of its quality management practices in light of these ISO requirements. The audit showed that the organization fulfilled the requirements of and applies a quality management system for the development, operation, sales and support of web collaboration and web conferencing systems, including Mikogo. The organization was commended for its high performance, structured work, internal communication, automated processes, and comprehensive KPI evaluation.

The audit was conducted by TÜV SÜD, a globally-recognized service organization focused on consulting, testing, certification and training. The certification was awarded in accordance with the standards of the International Organization for Standardization, the world’s largest developer of international standards providing state of the art specifications for products, services and good practice.
