Mangrove Bay Announces Development Team

Naples, FL, November 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Jon Rubinton of R & B Naples Holdings 1, LLC proudly announces the Development Team selected for Mangrove Bay Development, LLC, a new residential waterfront community located in Old Naples. This Development Team represents experts from some of Southwest Florida’s top companies in their respective fields. The team includes Matthew Kragh, Architect from MHK Architecture & Planning; Christian Andrea, Landscape Architect with Architectural Land Design; Tim Hall, Marine Consultant from Turrell, Hall & Associates, Inc.; Jay Westendorf, Civil Engineer with the Omega Consulting Group; and Faith Fix, Interior Selections Consultant from Freestyle Interiors.

Matthew Kragh, AIA is an architect who specializes in the design of single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial office, mixed-use developments and master planned communities. Kragh founded MHK Architecture & Planning in 2009. Since then, the firm has grown into a collaborative group of 17 design professionals who have earned a positive reputation in the design and construction industry through their commitment to architectural excellence and exceeding client expectations. Kragh has been an integral leader in the design and development of fourteen design and honor awards from the American Institute of Architects. In 2004, Kragh was named Humanitarian of the Year by AIA Florida Southwest. In 2008, Matthew received the W.R. Frizell Medal of Honor, which is the highest honor that can be bestowed to an architect from the American Institute of Architect’s Florida Southwest Chapter.

Christian Andrea has been a licensed landscape architect since 1989. In 1994, he started Architectural Land Design (ALD), a firm comprised of five experienced professionals who offer an abundance of landscape architecture services. The group has worked on a variety of projects ranging from villa community style homes to beach front estates to commercial office parks. They have won a number of awards, most recently, the Sand Dollar Award for Best Landscape Design Private Residence.

Tim Hall will serve as marine consultant for the new community. Hall is a Principal at Turrell, Hall & Associates, Inc., and is also the firm’s Senior Ecologist. Turrell, Hall & Associates provides specialized consulting services in the fields of marine, environmental and coastal engineering. The firm is responsible for designing marinas throughout Florida and internationally as well. Hall works closely with federal, state, and local agencies to obtain approvals for a number of marina and residential development projects.

Jay Westendorf is a Civil Engineer with Omega Consulting Group. Formed in 2008 and located in Fort Myers, Omega provides civil engineering, traffic engineering, and project management services throughout Southwest Florida. As one of the firm’s Principals,

Westendorf has 30 years of experience with project management and infrastructure design and permitting for a broad range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Southwest Florida.

Faith Fix, ASID is a licensed Florida Interior Designer and the founder of Freestyle Interiors. Fix specializes in contemporary furnishings and design and has been bringing innovative ideas to the Southwest Florida area since her company’s start in 1982. Fix has partnered with high-end residential developers, contractors and architects to create award-winning homes in communities such as Grey Oaks and Port Royal. For the past 20 years, Freestyle has won numerous Sand Dollar and Pinnacle Awards for homes ranging from $1.5 million to $5 million.
