)-- Paragon Bank has announced that Salley Griffith has joined as vice president and client development officer. In her position, Griffith will be responsible for providing high quality service to clients, as well as ensuring their financial goals and objectives are being met through their fiduciary relationships. In addition, she will assist with new business development and marketing strategies for Paragon Private to carry out the bank’s strategic mission and vision.
Griffith boasts more than six years of bank leadership experience at Wells Fargo Bank and spent an additional eight years as a relationship manager/private banking officer at Centura Private Bank where she was awarded to their Peak Performers Club in 2000. She holds investment and insurance licenses and is a licensed real estate broker.
Griffith earned her bachelor’s degree at Randolph-Macon Women’s College in Lynchburg, Va. She resides in Charlotte, N.C.
