American Venous Forum 26th Annual Meeting Registration Now Open

New York, NY, November 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The American Venous Forum 26th Annual Meeting on February 19-22, 2014 in New Orleans, Louisiana is now open for registration. AVF Annual Meetings bring together internationally recognized thought leaders, expert investigators and clinicians in venous and lymphatic disease. The AVF Annual Meeting has been growing each year and this year over 600 attendees and associates from the United States and around the world are expected at the Annual Meeting.

Registration Information
Early Bird Registration Deadline: December 3, 2013
Hotel Reservation Deadline: January 27, 2014
Pre-Registration Deadline: February 11, 2014

In order to receive the discounted rate, registration must be received by the deadlines listed. All registrations received after Tuesday, February 11, 2014 will be subject to the onsite rates. An email address must be provided in order to receive a registration confirmation and receipt.

Registration fee for medical professionals includes: all scientific sessions, Specialty Symposia, lunch symposia, daily continental breakfast and coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Poster Reception, and access to the Exhibit Hall. The half-day David S. Sumner Venous Summit (formerly known as the AVF Postgraduate Course) on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 is by separate subscription. The Friday evening Mardi Gras Soiree is also by separate subscription.

Spouse/Guest registration is by separate subscription and includes daily continental breakfast in the Hospitality Suite, Welcome Reception, and access to the Exhibit Hall.

Specialty Sessions Only registration is available for attendees only interested in attending the Specialty Symposia on Friday afternoon. This registration type does not grant access to the Scientific Sessions.

American Venous Forum has reserved rooms at The Roosevelt for discounted rates: single & double- $233, triple & quad- $273 (suite upgrades are available at a discounted group rate.) Sales tax- 13%, hotel occupancy tax rate is $2.00. Rates are guaranteed 3 days before and 3 days after event. After January 27, 2014, (or once the reserved rooms have been sold) the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
