Benefit for local family from Canastota New York to aid in Medical Bills.

Canastota, NY, November 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- A local family from Canastota New York has been under a little stress these last few years. First Wally Collins underwent Heart bypass surgery in July of 2010. His daughter; Sara Beth Paredes and her family returned to Central New York area to be close to family after this medical scare. Little did she know, she would be enduring her own Medical stress a year later. June of 2012 Sara Beth’s son Ethan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on his 5th birthday. Now if that wasn’t enough, in June 2013 Sara Beth’s mom, Wally’s wife was diagnosed with Lung Cancer.

Family and friends will come together at a Benefit, on Sunday December 1, 2013 at Rusty Rail, to celebrate their lives and support them in their journey for a long and fulfilled life. A family friend, Steven Page (formerly of the Barenaked Ladies) will perform at this Benefit, along with local band Old Clay Stone. There will be basket raffles, 50/50 raffle a Buffet served from 2-4pm.

Where: Rusty Rail, 3231 Seneca Turnpike, Canastota

When: Sunday, December 1 from 1-6 p.m. (Buffet 2-4 p.m.)

How much: A ticket to the benefit enters you to win an acoustic guitar autographed by Steven Page. Tickets are $22 each or 2 tickets for $35 (online tickets have a service charge see below for link).
