Eden Autism Services Launches Expansion of Bracelet Program with Online Store

Just in Time for the Holidays, Individually Handcrafted Bracelets Made by Adults with Autism, Are Now Available Online.

Princeton, NJ, November 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Eden Autism Services, the longstanding organization specializing in lifespan services for those with autism, announces the expansion of its Bracelet Program with an online store at www.edenautism.org. Highlighting the craftsmanship and abilities of its participants, each handcrafted bracelet carries a tag noting who created it. A portion of sales goes to that participant, and a portion goes back to supporting the program.

The goal of the bracelet program is to provide a steady opportunity for Eden adult participants to be engaged and to provide places for the bracelets to be available to the public. To accomplish this objective, it is important that the program grows at a steady pace relative to productivity capabilities. More than 800 bracelets have been sold in the last year, calculating to over 80% of the participants profiting from the program.

For the past year, the bracelets have been available for purchase at several retail outlets and special events. With support from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Eden has been able to expand the bracelet program, and now sells the bracelets at its official online store where the public can purchase bracelets and learn more about the program.

The bracelet program serves a dual purpose with the awareness it can raise about Eden Autism Services. Eden is seeking opportunities for places and/or events to sell the bracelets. For more information on that or to learn how you can help the program, please call Gary Bernhofer at (732) 236-3380 or email garret.bernhofer@edenautism.org.
