)-- Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced that Noemi Castrejon has joined the firm as a bilingual enrollment specialist. In this position, Castrejon is responsible for providing information in eligibility maintenance, benefit education and bill reconsolidation for clients and working with the enrollment and volunteer benefits solution team to provide customer service. Fluent in Spanish, she manages the enrollment process for clients who primarily speak the language.
Castrejon comes to HCW with a strong background in customer service. She graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science in recreation administration and lodging management. A native of California, Castrejon resides in Raleigh.
