Children’s Publisher Makes Entire Catalog Available for Unlimited, Multi-User Lending in Massachusetts Library Pilot

Massachusetts Children now have unlimited access to beautiful children’s eBooks from Xist Publishing via the MA eBook project.

Irvine, CA, December 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Xist Publishing is pleased to announce the availability of its entire catalog of children’s books through the Massachusetts Library System (MLS) MA eBook project. As part of a six-month project, 51 pilot libraries have begun offering eBooks to their communities and will explore different methods of eBook lending, different platforms and user experiences.

Featuring over 150 children’s picture books and early readers, the Xist Publishing collection is now offered through BiblioLabs, joining over 30,000 compelling eBooks and other materials available on an unlimited multi-user basis to pilot libraries via its BiblioBoard platform.

“We see the BiblioBoard model is a great way for us to introduce our books to the children of Massachusetts and give parents the opportunity to always have a beautiful eBook to read with their child,” said Xist Publishing Founder, Calee Lee. Xist Publishing children’s eBooks feature full-color illustrations and a full-screen layout to engage children in an immersive, digital reading experience.

"We are thrilled that Xist is a part of this program. We are working with Massachusetts as a true business partner, engaging with publishers like Xist who want to license content to libraries in a patron-friendly way," said BiblioLabs' Founder and Chief Business Officer, Mitchell Davis.

To access the children’s books, parents with library cards from participating libraries, can visit the MA eBook Catalog http://ebooks.masslibsystem.org and select the BiblioBoard portal. After logging in on the “library credentials” tab, parents and children can view the books on a computer or via an iPad or Android device.
