Paw Talk, a Call-in Dog Training and Behavioral Issues Show Launched in Dallas

Paw Talk is a radio show that provides advice and recommendation to listeners on how to resolve any issues with their dogs.

Dallas, TX, December 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Faura Behavior Consultants(FBC) Announces Launch of Paw Talk.

Show will provide listeners with advice and techniques to have a successful relationship with their dogs.

Faura Behavior Consultants(FBC) announced the launch of Paw Talk, a call-in radio show where listeners can ask questions about issues they are having with their dogs.

“Dallas and Ft. Worth are two of the most dog-friendly cities in the US, we felt dog owners in these cities needed somewhere they can go to get help, even when they do not have the money to hire a trainer or behaviorist,” said Juan Faura, the host of Paw Talk.

Access to a trainer and behaviorist
When it comes to solving dog-related problems or raising a dog correctly people in DFW have limited resources to help them. Most trainers or behaviorists that have the training and experience to successfully address a dog’s issues cost much more than the average person can afford. Typical costs for a qualified trainer or behaviorist run between $500 and $1200 depending on the situation. Kim Koch Nelson, the co-host of Paw Talk says it was long overdue, “It seemed amazing to us that there was nothing on the radio or local TV to help people with their dogs.” She explained the show is different from all the existing dog training shows on TV or radio, “Other TV or radio shows provide advice to provide every single thing a dog needs based on their natural instincts and behaviors, their help is to provide a perfect life for a dog. But the majority of people that own dogs are not able to provide every single thing the dog needs. We would all want to run 3 or 4 miles with our dogs in the mountains and we would all love to have a friendly and balanced pack of dogs to help us with our dogs, but that’s not reality. We help people to do the best they can with what they have. The show airs every Sunday at 11AM on 660AM. Interested listeners can also listen to the show live on the show’s web site, pawtalkradioshow.com. Faura expects the show will eventually also have seminars people can attend, “We all do much better when we are able to see an example or get direct instruction when trying to master something. We’ll do seminars that people can attend free of charge where they can learn a lot of great techniques to help them with their dogs.”
