Harrow Bangkok Hosting Gala Concert Spectacular “Movie Under the Stars”

Bangkok, Thailand, January 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Harrow International School Bangkok is set to host a major gala concert event under the theme “Movie Under the Stars.” It is a glittering evening of orchestral music under the stars lakeside with conductors and performances comprised of Bangkok Charity Orchestra and Harrow Bangkok Orchestra. The event will include two special guest conductors who will not be announced until the evening of the concert.

Ms. Elizabeth Hammond, Director of Development, Harrow International School Bangkok stated that this year’s event would be equally if not more exciting compare to previous year’s concert with the theme being “Movies under the stars,” the combined forces of the Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Band and Choirs presenting the very best of the soundtracks from the top block busting chart toppers of the silver screen.

In 2013, Harrow International School Bangkok celebrated an impressive joint concert with Harrow UK in an event entitled “East meets West.” The highly successful concert was attended by H.E. The British Ambassador to Thailand – Mark Kent and guest conductor was M.L. Usni Pramoj, with a 650 strong audience from the Bangkok Diplomatic and Arts Communities.

“We anticipate numbers in excess of 700……or in reverse order 007. Yes, he will also be here as the Symphony Orchestra plays some of the best ‘Bond’ theme tunes through the history of the James Bond Films,” Elizabeth said.
