Huge Backlash Against Christian Entrepreneurs - "Call of Abraham"

Biblical video game "Call of Abraham" was covered in two articles by a prominent gaming website, only to be attacked by thousands of God-hating, Bible-bashing, anti-religion comments.

Bakersfield, CA, January 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Christian entrepreneurs face a unique challenge: backlash. For example, when a Biblical video game got coverage in a non-religious publication last week, all Hell broke loose.

"Bible Chronicles: Call of Abraham" was discussed in two articles on highly-trafficked website Gamespot, but 2,000 mostly negative, anti-God comments were made on those articles.

"Why the backlash against entirely positive, non-proselytizing spiritual religious endeavors? Why, in a country so supposedly Christian, the onslaught of hate against Christian businesses?," wonders Martin Bertram, co-founder of "Call of Abraham."

About the Game

“Bible Chronicles: Call of Abraham” is the first of its kind: the top-notch graphics are visually-stimulating and the action-packed storylines will keep players engaged. The Book of Genesis is full of familiar stories, but they’ve never been told from this perspective.

See Abraham stopped from sacrificing Isaac… or Lot’s wife turn into a pillar of salt.

“I have four kids and Richard has two kids, and we had this idea of creating Christian video games that stir a hunger for God’s Word,” said Bertram, who has a decade of game design experience. “We keep a tight leash on what games our kids can play because a lot of what’s out there conflicts with our Christian worldview.”

Christian Advisory Team

We hold the Bible completely sacred, and has gone to great lengths to maintain authenticity. For this reason, an advisory team of four well-respected pastors and ministry leaders ensures every storyline and character is historically accurate.
