The training is open to individuals and companies interested in learning how to implement QuickBooks.

This interactive training will cover various topics, such as: how to create a new company; how to do the basics of banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; and how to use QuickBooks to improve cash flow.

“Accounting can seem like a boring task without a lot of benefit other than for a tax return, when it is actually the key to ramping up your business,” said Kathy Richards, course instructor. “If you don't have a good financial feedback loop, you can't really know what's going on, and you can't make good decisions about what to stop, start or do more of.”

Kathy Richards is the owner of the TriCities AdviCoach and is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a licensed CPA. Richards has received multiple awards including the 2011 KOSBE Impact Award, 2011 AdviCoach Franchisee of the Year and 2012 AdviCoach Marketing Excellence Award. She is a Kingsport native.
