Tawny River, Introduces Their First Single, "Aye Ye Marijuana"

Nashville, TN, February 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Hot off the presses comes a fun new radio friendly marijuana song that tells a story about a guy in love with a girl named Marijuana. Fire up the horns, the sitar and some fun latin beats, kick off your shoes and dance. "Aye ye Marijuana" features a combination of pop, latin, reggae, island with Spanish lyrics and sounds.

Tawny River, a duo out of Nashville, wrote the song in French first and then translated it to an English-Spanish version. The song was recorded with master music producer, Ron Haffkine (producer for Shel Silverstein and Dr. Hook) "The Cover of the Rolling Stone," "I Got Stoned and I Missed it," "Freaking at the Freakers Ball."
