ReEmployAbility Responds to Growth with Promotions, Increase in Staff

Tampa, FL, February 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of early return-to-work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, announced today that, in response to considerable corporate growth, the company is making leadership and staffing changes to its marketing team. National Marketing Representative, Kelly Lawless, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Craig Murtha has been named Sales Representative for the Midwest US region. In addition, the company plans to recruit a Sales Representative to support the California/West region by years end.

In her new role as Vice President of Sales, Lawless will recruit, train, and develop the new staff members while continuing to represent the company and assisting clients nationwide with return-to-work challenges. She will lead the growing team of Sales Representatives in expanding ReEmployAbility’s transitional employment programs and RTW services to more employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and brokers.

Craig Murtha, as Sales Representative, will develop and manage client relationships to implement the company’s early return-to-work solutions. Both Lawless and Murtha will report to co-founders, Debra Livingston and Frances Ford.

“Recent growth has required us to expand our team, and Kelly’s experience and extensive marketing, sales, and workers’ compensation industry knowledge makes her the perfect fit to direct our national sales team. We are also excited to have Craig join our team of Sales Representatives. His considerable workers’ compensation industry background will be an asset to our clients as they participate in our return-to-work programs. These staffing appointments will enhance our ability to build relationships and support our growing, nationwide customer base.”

Lawless joined ReEmployAbility in 2008 as a Regional Sales Representative and quickly advanced to her position as a National Representative. Prior to joining the company, she studied Marketing in Daytona Beach, Florida, and had a successful career in advertising media sales and marketing.
