New Stainless Steel Quick-Cleat Secures Boat Lines Without Use of Knots

The new Stainless Steel Quick-Cleat secures anchor rope, drift socks, sea anchors, and mooring lines without the use of knots.

Saint Paul, MN, February 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Quick Cleat LLC announces their new Stainless Steel Quick-Cleat that secures anchor rope, drift socks, sea anchors, and mooring lines without the use of knots.

The device, called a Quick-Cleat, is now available in 316L grade stainless steel for rope sizes from 1/4 to 3/8 inch diameter. The Quick-Cleat uses a cam-operated design to securely lock a rope in place without the use of a knot. Rope length adjustments are performed by simply pulling on the rope, allowing for quick one-handed line adjustments while anchoring, setting sea anchors or drift socks, and for connecting and adjusting boat fenders.

Chuck Gould, President of Quick Cleat LLC stated, “We’re very excited to introduce our Quick-Cleat with a stainless steel construction. Stainless steel is the ideal material for use in saltwater, which allows us to bring the innovative Quick-Cleat to the worldwide market of ocean fisherman, sailors, and boaters.”

The Quick Cleat is manufactured and sold by Quick Cleat LLC, a family owned company in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The Quick Cleat brand of products is made in the USA and currently available at the company's website.
