Inventive Productions Will Produce 100 Free Video Biographies for WWII Veterans

Bellevue, WA, September 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Inventive Productions today announced a commitment to produce 100 video biographies of World War II veterans without charge.

“In the spirit of recognizing the personal sacrifice that the American people and our veterans made during World War II, and consistent with the new Ken Burns film, ‘The War,’ our firm will donate the production of 100 basic video biographies of veterans who served in that war,” Inventive Productions’ president, R.J. McHatton, announced today. The value of each video biography is $500.

Inventive Productions LLC is an authorized partner for the Veterans History Project with the mission to capture the voices of veterans from all wars through video biographies. Over the last year McHatton’s firm has produced, without charge, interviews with local veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf Wars.

Among veterans’ biographies produced the year by Inventive Productions is one for Medal of Honor recipient, John “Bud” Hawk of Bremerton. This DVD was distributed by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society to all its living recipients.

Those participating in the WWII project will receive the free Basic Video Biography that includes over 120 custom questions on cue cards, interviewed either on location or in the Inventive Productions studio. The completed DVD will be provided to the veteran’s family at no cost.

Interested WWII veterans may contact R.J. McHatton at 425-747-4538.
