Women's Self Defense Offered in Brighton, CO

Brighton, CO, February 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Level 5 Combat Systems and Colorado Kodenkan, leaders in martial arts training and self protection present a hands on Self Defense class designed for women and teen girls. This is not a martial arts program, but it draws from 20+ years of experience in various martial arts. The techniques are easy to learn and retain as well as very effective.

The women's self defense class is a 3 hour hands on presentation covering awareness, verbal deescalation, proper use of force and physical techniques.

This class has been offered around Denver to rave reviews over the past several years and now is finding its home at the Brighton Recreation Center (555 N. 11th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601).

The instructor has over 20 years of martial arts and teaching experience and teaches air crew defensive tactics and counter terrorism for a major U.S. air carrier.

Cost: $40.00 per person. If you sign up 2 or more the cost is $35.00 per person in your group.
