Entrepreneur Daniel Chun Opens Fourth IHOP Restaurant in Westbury

International Franchise IHOP (International House of Pancakes) celebrated the opening of its newest location in Westbury. Dignitaries including Town of Hempstead Supervisor Kate Murray; Town of Hempstead Town Clerk Nasrin G. Ahmad; Mayor of the Village of Westbury Peter I. Cavallaro; Westbury Chamber of Commerce President Fran Frisone and other chamber members and local supporter’s joined owner Daniel Chun for a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration.

Westbury, NY, February 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Westbury IHOP, located at 533 Old Country Road, is the fourth location for Mr. Chun’s. The other restaurants are located in Valley Stream, Freeport and Lindenhurst. He has been an IHOP franchise owner for 14 years and today employs over 200 employees across all of his locations.

“I decided to open another IHOP in Westbury because I was drawn to the vibrant community and active local,” said Mr. Chun. “Working with this IHOP has been a positive and fulfilling experience. IHOP provides impressive direct support and has led me to pursue multiple restaurant opportunities.”

Mr. Chun is currently a resident of Roslyn and grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He immigrated to the United States 20 years ago. Aside from owning IHOP restaurants he also owns a garment business based out of New York City.
