Merkatz Gets Book Deal ~ Felony Charges Dropped Against Merkatz

It was learned that the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office has dropped the money laundering, and organized scheme to defraud against David Merkatz. Now Merkatz is writing a book about the experience.

West Palm Beach, FL, February 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- A new book to be released by the end of 2014, a true story about 3 locksmiths that were arrested and charged with major felonies, even though the police knew it was a civil matter of “Trademark Infringement.” Merkatz details in his new book, the major ordeal that a person goes through, and that you are really “Guilty Until Proven Innocent.”

In the new book he explains how the system works, and shows you that even if you are found not guilty, at a jury trial you pay all expenses. "It is the most unfair system," he states. In a civil trial, winner usually gets court costs and reasonable attorney fees, but not in a criminal trial.

The book promises to be a top seller for anyone who is interested in the legal system. www.wronglycharged.com
