Makeover women get crash course in “everything weight loss” on Mission Makeover™ series hosted by Julie Moran.

Celebrating the completion of Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet, the ladies meet up with Founder Dr. Agatston at the Eden Rock in Miami to enjoy the water views and learn more about what’s coming in Phase 2. Does food still have power over them or do they have power over food? One of the ladies reveals her feelings. Learn what foods are added to Phase 2 of the South Beach Lifestyle program and what concerns nutritionist Meryl Brandwein has about the ladies’ progress.

What is the “Holy Grail of Weight Loss”? Megan Blackmon from Creative Biosciences talks about this secret exotic fruit ingredient in their designer weight loss supplements that helps target unhealthy belly fat –and she also helps the ladies wake up and smell the green coffee by having the women learn about the science behind weight loss supplements, the truth and the fiction.

How hard are they really working? A hi-tech patch with 4 sensors worn on their left arm will determine how many steps the ladies take, how many calories they burn and how many hours they sleep. Colleen Ward from Vancive Medical Technologies talks about how this device, the Metria, takes the data collected during the week and gives the ladies their stats for information they and their trainer, Matt Pack, can use.

Soul searching with Life Coach Jessica Leon PhD turns to the women holding a Blue Crystal, like Superman’s kryptonite, which helps the women a way to reveal the major issue that got them to the point they are today and reveal their deep vulnerabilities along the way.
