First Residents Move Into Toll Brothers' The Enclave at McKay Shores

The Colliers recently became the first residents of Toll Brothers' new community, The Enclave at McKay Shores in Broomfield.

Broomfield, CO, March 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Justin and KimDao Collier and their young daughter Kali, formerly of Erie, recently became the first residents of the new Toll Brothers community in Broomfield, The Enclave at McKay Shores.

About 18 months ago, the couple visited Justin’s brother who had purchased a home in Toll Brothers’ adjacent community, The Preserve at McKay Shores. When the Colliers learned that they were expecting their first child, they decided it was time for a larger home for their growing family. McKay Shores was their first choice for their new home.

“We had experience with another builder with our first home but working with Toll Brothers on this home was a much better process for us,” explains KimDao. “We loved the open floor plan of the two-story Bellvue design and feel our home purchase was a great value. The community is so convenient to shopping and other services, too.”

The Bellvue design chosen by the Collier family is the same as the fully decorated model home in the community. The open layout of the stylish home includes a soaring, two-story, curved foyer showcased by a curved staircase. The foyer leads to a towering great room that includes a fireplace flanked by attractive entertainment niches. The great room offers access to the private covered porch, which is tucked into the side of the home.

Other highlights of the Bellvue design include a well-appointed kitchen and breakfast area with walk-in pantry and access to a second covered porch; a formal dining room; a spacious laundry; an expansive master bedroom and master bath; and more. The Colliers chose to add an optional fourth bedroom and leave the basement unfinished until they need the extra space.

“Our residents will enjoy the small town atmosphere of this community with homes surrounded by more than nine acres of community open space, parks, scenic walking and biking trails, and the adjacent lake,” says Heather Gray, sales manager.

The Enclave at McKay Shores features the Bellvue design plus three other two-story designs and one ranch floor plan. The community is located only minutes from I-25, E470 and Highway 36 making Denver, Golden and Boulder only a half hour away.

From I-25, take the 136th Avenue Exit. Go west on 136th Avenue for 1.2 miles to N. Quivas Street. Proceed north on Quivas and take the first right. Proceed to the model home and sales office at 13628 Pecos Loop. For more information, call 303-452-5173. Homes in The Enclave at McKay Shores range from 2,155 to more than 3,500 square feet and prices begin in the low $400,000s.
