Manifestationz Gallery Welcomes Photographer Lisa Michael

Cary, NC, March 30, 2014 --( In a special series to welcome Spring, Manifestationz Art Gallery welcomes its photography series with featured artist of the month, Ms. Lisa Michael. Michael is an acclaimed photographer who has made a huge impact on the NC Arts scene since moving from her home state of New York. Her work will be on display at the gallery throughout the month of May.

With a portfolio to rival any seasoned photographer, Michael will also be sharing her techniques with art lovers in a special first time photography class at Manifestationz. This hands on class will allow students and photography lovers to expand on their existing knowledge and grow their skills with her coveted techniques. Her career in fashion and fine arts, combined with her unique vision and sense of timing creates memorable images that evoke emotion and thought. Lisa's work has been showcased at RAW Artists and has been featured in juried exhibits and various editorial works. She has worked with Dakota Hood of The Hunger Games, The Malpass Brothers, Music and More Promotions LLC and has been a Live On-Air Guest of The Crissy O Show on Jam City America.

Michael a Contributing Photographer for Torqued Magazine and The Outdoor Channel, as well as a Photojournalist for WRAL News. She is a Stills Photographer registered with the North Carolina Film Office, and member of PPA. Her feature at the gallery is extremely unique, as it gives onlookers a chance to view her work, and also engage with her as she teaches the techniques that have earned her accolades across many different spectrums. Her wide range of significantly unique moments has also caught the attention of local outlets such as Raleigh Urban Home Magazine and Walter Magazine. Join them as they take a glimpse into the world of this nationally recognized photographer.
