About the Juror
We are proud to announce that this year's Juror of Selection and Awards will be Sergei Isupov. A noted ceramicist, his unique works explore the dynamics of human relationships by combining two-dimensional narrative with three-dimensional ceramic form. Isupov has a long international résumé with work in numerous collections, including the National Gallery of Australia, Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, de Young Museum, San Francisco, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and many other American and European museums.
The Erie Art Museum is pleased to partner once again with the Art Department of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania to bring Sergei Isupov to Erie. The artist will engage with students and faculty at Edinboro and present a public lecture on Thursday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in Doucette Hall Room 119 at EUP.
