The Mission Makeover ladies have lost a collective 100 pounds since the start of their health and wellness journey hosted by Julie Moran, are they on a roll or hitting a plateau?

Pompano Beach, FL, April 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Mission Makeover ladies have lost a collective 100 pounds since the start of their health and wellness journey -- are they on a roll or hitting the dreaded plateau? Make sure to tune in on Monday, April 7th at 7:30 am ET/PT) to watch an all new episode of Mission Makeover™ on the Balancing Act® on Lifetime Television to find out.

To help the women push through to the next level, the women met up with some familiar faces to bring in a couple new weight loss weapons.

· First up, the ladies cut loose with Julie Moran with a female empowerment workout at a new hot spot Flower Fitness in Miami where they work up a sweat doing boxing double jab cross hooks and the Samba Brazilian booty shake.

· After that tough workout, the Mission Makeover gals find out exactly what their bodies have been doing by wearing their Metria IH1 sensors from Vancive – Colleen Ward explains how well their bodies are burning calories, maintaining a good activity level – even how well they are sleeping. Even trainer Matt Pack has his stats revealed.

· After learning about some of the best-kept secret weight loss ingredients that nature has to offer, the ladies get a one-on-one session with Creative Bioscience spokesperson Megan Blackmon, where they’ll each receive their own customized Designer Supplement plan and learn about raspberry keytones and more.

All their hard work is rewarded by a little play back in Atlantic City where they ventured at the start of their journey. This time they enjoy a spa treatment, shop at Tropicana’s The Quarter, and eat locally grown healthy food options at The Fin Restaurant and soak in the historic sites, like the lighthouse.

Who is stuck at the plateau and who is really sticking it? Find out by watching “Weekly Stats Powered by Sports Authority.”
