The Catskill Mountains Film Festival (CMFF) promises to enrich the already fertile artistic life of the region by promoting the film business in New York State, showcasing local talent, and nurturing a new generation of local filmmakers. Its mission is to provide a forum for regional filmmakers to gather and screen their films, network, and exchange information about their craft. The CMFF will emphasize youth and innovation and the creative response of young filmmakers to technological advances that now offer immense opportunities for the budding film artist.
Writer/Director Joe Saba is extremely excited about the selection saying, "It's great to see that after all the hard work that goes into the development and production of an independent documentary film, people are appreciating it." He will be attending and available for a Q&A session after the festival screening taking place Saturday, May 3rd at 8:15pm in the Centennial Center on the SUNY Delhi Campus, Delhi, NY.
