CommLab India Celebrates 14th Annual Day

Commlab India LLP, a leading total eLearning solutions company that provides its services to more than 100 organizations worldwide, celebrated its 14th annual day on 26, April 2014 at Leonia Resorts, Hyderabad.

Hyderabad, India, May 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The event opened with RK Prasad, one of the founder-partners, sharing with the employees the record-breaking performance highlights of 2013–14. He then urged the team that if it were to repeat their success in the coming year, they should do well to remember the 7 keys for business success.

Key 1: The first point he said, “The number one reason for failure is the ego that is acquired from past success.” He urged every employee to never allow their ego to become too big. He pointed out that ego is the root cause of failure. Success can become the reason for failure. Ego gives rise to overconfidence, which gives rise to carelessness and arrogance, which in turn results in customer dissatisfaction.

Key 2: The second point he shared was about the person without whom the company can never exist. He said “It is for that one person for whom we all come to the office and work. He is none other than the customer. He is the visitor who comes to our website, blogs, mail boxes, telephones and office. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it.”

Key 3: The third point he shared was that the world’s best quality is of no use if this element is not considered – time. He said, “Time is our most precious resource; unless you deliver within time, your quality is of no use.”

Key 4: The fourth point was on marketing. He said “33% of our growth came from existing customers and 67% from new customers. How do we get prospects to know us and then become our clients? It is through marketing.” He stressed the importance of marketing and said “marketing is too important for anyone of us not to do it.”

Key 5: The next point he focused on was the importance of training. He said “Where is the accelerator for our growth? Its training. Learning and teaching is our accelerator. The faster we learn, the faster we grow!”

Key 6: The sixth point was on Leadership. He said “there are no passengers at CommLab; we only have pilots here.” He noted that every employee in CommLab is a leader. A true leader is a servant-leader. He should help his people achieve and when they achieve, they should think they achieved success all by themselves.

Key 7: At the end, he said “So, we are going for battle. Before you go for battle, what do you do?” Relax and have fun!

He concluded his speech by announcing new perks to the employees. He said that the Company has decided to introduce medical reimbursement, half yearly increments, Sodexo passes, and declared every second Saturday as a holiday from this current financial year.
