Woltz and Hoover Discuss WCPE CD A Classical Bouquet on Preview!

Interview to air Sunday, October 14 at 7 p.m. ET

Wake Forest, NY, October 13, 2007 --(PR.com)-- TheClassicalStation.org announces today that its weekly program Preview! will feature a discussion about A Classical Bouquet, a two-CD thank you gift for WCPE donors. Airing Sunday, October 14 at 7 p.m. ET Producer Ken Hoover and Music Director William Woltz will offer their commentary.

“In producing this compilation of re-mastered announcer favorites, I kept coming back to how much our listeners love the CD reviews in the Quarter Notes listener guide.” says Hoover. “I decided we had to include our announcer’s personal comments in the cover liner. I have listened to the finished product over a dozen times now and each time I find my self referring to the liner notes as I listen.”

“A Classical Bouquet embodies the spirit that makes WCPE special,” says Woltz. “At the studio we have lively conversations about our favorite musical pieces. The dynamics of the selections for the CD set express through music the joy, love and enthusiasm all of the staff and volunteers at WCPE have for the art of Great Classical Music.”

This week’s Preview! host Deana Vassar will be playing excerpts from the two-CD set, A Classical Bouquet October 14 from 6 – 9 p.m. ET. Vassar will introduce the works and offer insight into the importance of the pieces to the WCPE family. Preview! airs every Sunday evening and presents the latest in classical recordings and upcoming classical events.
