Thunderhead NOW heralds the next stage in the evolution of the company’s XML-based communications platform, which, until this time, has been known as Thunderhead.

With the NOW release, Thunderhead’s one-platform-for-all-communications paradigm becomes even more pervasive across the enterprise, integrating communications with customer facing business processes.
