Morton Grove's Chamber of Commerce Seeks Golfers for June 18, 2014

The Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry is holding their 36th Annual Golf Outing which is the organization's biggest fundraiser and networking opportunity for those seeking to promote their business in and around Morton Grove, IL

Morton Grove, IL, June 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Chamber's 36th annual outing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2014 starting with check in at 9:30 am and an 11:00 am Shotgun start at the Chevy Chase Golf Club located at 1000 North Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling, IL 60090.

Those wishing to enjoy a day on the course and engage in networking with local business and government leaders can reserve a foursome for $560 which includes golf, a golf cart with goodie bags and lunch for each participant. A golf and dinner package is available which adds two drink tickets and a buffet dinner for $150 per person. Golf only is available for $120 per golfer.

Many new events and games will be held this year including: The Dixon Hole Challenge which includes one free ball and an extra shot for a prize, putting contest, Hole-in-Contest, Longest Drive, Closest-to-the-Pin and Longest Putt. A "Game Play Package" can be added for $10 (excluding the Dixon Hole Challenge). Mulligans are 2 for $10.

The Chevy Chase Golf Club has been hosting golfers since 1927, designed by renowned architect Thomas Bendelow. The championship 18-hole course was renovated in 2002 by Bob Lohmann. There are 125 acres with deep pot bunkers lined with native grasses along with rolling greens and bent grass fairways coupled with four sets of tees to challenge players at all skill levels.
