Oakwood Homes Presents Its Summer Concert Series at Green Valley Ranch

Denver, CO, May 29, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Oakwood Homes presents its annual free Summer Concert Series at the Green Valley Ranch Amphitheater, 4890 Argonne Way, Denver. The first concert is Friday, July 4th and the series then runs four consecutive Wednesdays beginning July 9. The July 4th event features the ever-popular Chase ‘N The Dream band and begins at 8 p.m. (All Wednesday shows begin at 7 p.m. and run until 8:30 p.m.)

The Summer Concert Series is presented and sponsored by Oakwood Homes as a community-building enhancement to the amenities of Green Valley Ranch neighborhoods. Plenty of free parking is available next to the amphitheater and in the Oakwood Homes parking lot located at 4908 Tower Rd., Denver.

Guests may bring a picnic dinner and soft drinks in cans or plastic bottles. Pets and barbecue grills are not permitted at the amphitheater on concert days. No alcoholic beverages are permitted at the amphitheater in accordance with Denver City Park ordinances.

Chase ‘N The Dream Motown, R & B, Dance Music

Michael “Chase” Pittman has performed in the U.S., Europe and Asia over the past 25 years and opened for many national acts including The Chi-Lites, Stephanie Mills, Kool and the Gang and The Ohio Players. The Chase ‘N The Dream band presents a high-energy show that appeals to all ages. The band’s repertoire includes vocal-oriented favorites covering R & B, Motown, dance, reggae, jazz, pop and blues. July 9 The Mood Express—Latin, Pop & Dance Music
The Mood Express has delivered quality variety dance entertainment for over 25 years at events across the U.S. During their outstanding career, they have performed with Gloria Estefan, Tito Puente, Ruben Ramos and other notable artists. July 23 Walker Williams Band—Top 40 Country, Dance Music
Walker Williams was voted one of the top male vocalists in Colorado several years in a row. Williams and his band cater to dance-loving audiences, and they never disappoint with their catchy mixture of originals, Top-40 Country Covers, country-rock favorites and the occasional surprise tune from a variety of music styles. Williams is a regular at the Grizzly Rose where audiences can’t seem to get enough of his smooth vocals and the band’s refined style.
