Mars National Bank Holds Charitable Giving Drive

Mars, PA, May 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Mars National Bank held a charitable giving drive in its branches. Customers, the community and Bank staff are encouraged to donate. The Bank then matches the donations from the community and staff. This year, the Bank will donate over $3,000 combined to the charities. The effort is an annual event which supports five local charities near the Bank’s five branches.

“As a community bank we are always looking for ways to invest in our community,” said Jim Dionise, Mars National Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. “From charitable giving to volunteering to investing in the businesses that help our communities grow; it’s all part of our mission. The drive was held between April 28 – May 3, 2014 and supported the following five charities through the Bank’s five offices:

Cranberry Office -- Hosanna Industries
Penn Office -- Lighthouse Foundation
Heritage Creek Office -- Lutheran Senior Life
Mars Office -- Mars Library
Richland Office -- Pine Richland Youth Center
