Forest Park, IL, May 31, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Casa de Puros (7410 Madison St. Forest Park, IL) is hosting an event for Armand Assante Ora Vivo Cigars this Saturday May 31, 2014. Armand Assante will be in attendance. The event takes place at 12pm - 4pm with a $50 entry per person (includes 4 Ultra Premium Ora Vivo Cigars, appetizers & liquor tastings) and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

Ora Vivo Armand Assante Cigars was founded by veteran cigar maker, Victor Vitale, cigar broker, Gary Macchione and veteran film actor Armand Assante. The partnership was formed in 2012 and the cigars are made from the finest Nicaraguan tobacco by Legacy Brands, a Victor Vitale company.

Emmy Award Winner Armand Assante has earned consistent international recognition for work in many diverse feature films. He has starred in American Gangster, HBO’s Gotti, The Mambo Kings, Hoffa, 1492, and Conquest of Paradise. He received a Golden Globe nomination for his work in Sidney Lumet’s Q & A, in 1990. Additional feature film credits include, Paradise Alley, Little Darlings, Private Benjamin, I, The Jury, Unfaithfully Yours, The Penitent, Fatal Instinct, Trial By Jury, Judge Dredd, Two for the Money and many independents.

It has been exactly 2 years since Armand Assante has been back to Chicago, last time in Chicago he acted in an independent film called “In Between Engagements”(which partly filmed in Forest Park) produced by VISION Studios CEO, Johnny Arreola, who will also be attending the Ora Vivo Cigar Event.
